Hey, I'm new here. I really don't know why but the past few days, it's been hard to fall asleep because right as I'm about to fall asleep, this pain goes through my head and causes me to stay awake. I don't know if it's related to a lack of sleep or my insomnia, or just anxiety in general. does anyone else experience this? and what do you do when it happens and you need to sleep?
