Trapped by fear

Hello,

I work in healthcare and my anxiety has been through the roof. I keep thinking I have all of these health problems. I feel trapped in my anxiety and terrified of going to the doctor for fear that they will find something actually wrong with me. I feel trapped by my fear. I have this ongoing feeling of dread in my stomach which feels like mild nausea.

You need to go to the doctors and talk with them it might seem hard for you bit it's the best thing that you can do at the minute.
