Hi James I get scared to sleep as I had a brain haemorrhage 4-5 years ago I was lucky it didn't happen in my sleep so I some times mind it hard to sleep due to this ! It got that bad I had to get meds off get the doctor ! If it's becoming such a problem please see your doctor he's the best person to help you take care david !
