Bathroom issues..

Well I just used the bathroom (bowel movement).. and the burning sensation occured again.. me still thinking it's stomach acid. But this time it was more intense. So I used my fingers to check. And what do you know, bright red blood all over my fingers. I check toilet and there's nothing. Just my fingers. I google and it tells me what I already know. Anal fissures and hemroids. But this amount of blood didn't occur before so it freaked me out. So before I went into a Google frenzy and WebMD says some dumb shit like cancer. I came here to ask the community who else deals with this crap ( no pun intended) and what do you do about it?

Side note. My doctor did notice a bulge out of my upper left abdomen but there's nothing there but you can visually see it. She's not concerned and my massage therapist wasn't either. I mentioned. It only because when I'm constipated or gassy I force myself to belch and can feel the gas travel in that region. It like spasms and then releases itself upward in a belch or downward in a bowel movement. 🤔🤔

Hmmm sounds like piles to me, forcing yourself to go won't help you are putting pressure on an already sensitive area. Get some cream for them and try and loosen your stool so the pressure isn't needed. Anxiety increases stomach and toilet issues so the more you worry, the worse you'll make it.

Relax or try too, don't worry so much.

As for the buldge on your abdomen, sounds odd but it's probably just muscle, again try and relax, worry and strive won't help you.
