Hi all

think im getting things under control now. Ive worked really hard over the 7 weeks to get my anxiety to lower. Even the morning shakes are getting a little better. Ive noticed though over the last two morning i feel really irritated like any moment i could turn into the hulk lol. It passes maybe only last an hour maybe a little more. Ive added a pic i coloured in a while back i used to love colouring and want to get back at it eventually.

  • Glad to here that the less you pay attention to it the more it goes away don't let it get you down even on bad days stay focused and you can do it. Fab pic by the way ☺

  • Hi Jemma1987, Beautiful picture. Coloring has always been a way for me to relax, of course nothing as spectacular as yours, but it gives me peace. It's good to hear that you are getting things under control now. It does take some work on our part. Feeling irritated or a little anxious in the morning is part of the anxiety but moving and getting ready for the day usually helps. Keep up the momentum. I see you getting well.
