Haven't had a full blown panic attack for such a long time. I think I'm having one now. But I'm so scared that it's something more, I'm full of cold, but I've got all kinds of things going on. Feel dizzy, heart racing, arm aching, really agitated, stomach ache, dreamy type state. Really don't like this feeling, does it sound like I am having a panic attack?

Yes, these symptoms sound similar to me when I'm having a panic attack. Try to just breathe deeply and reassure yourself that everything is going to be okay.
Also try to preoccupy your mind with something else.
