Anxiety about memory

I've been really anxious about my memory lately. I don't want to forget my family. So I'm constantly saying their names in my head so I won't forget. I'm really young so I know there's no reason for this to be happening. But just one little thing, forgetting a name or what a did in a part of my day for a little bit causes me to start getting really anxious, even though it usually always comes back to me.

I get this way as well. I'm assuming it's just another crazy symptom of the anxiety. Maybe try and keep a journal. Writing down thoughts and what you do each day may help you.
