Reaction SSRI and passionflower???

So I started taking Escitalopram 5mg this morning, and at the moment I'm having a REALLY bad headache.

I took Some passionflower drops yesterday morning, and the last 2 weeks I took 60 drops a day. can it be that those 2 are causing serotonine syndroom? I'm really scared!!!

some natural supplements contradict with sires for example i know while on ssri you can't take st johns wort herbs which is used for depression and anxiety. I would look it up and also ask your doctor but I don't think you have serotonin syndrome.
