Hey all,

So about a year ago I started taking Citalopram at 5mg, then up too 10mg then up too 20mg. Like they always do, they make your anxiety and depression worse before it gets better. After a few weeks I became better, then about a month ago my anxiety got worse. So tonight I have just taken a new tablet that the doctor has prescribed me instead of Citalopram which is Sertraline. Has anyone done the same thing as me? Or changed their tablets too something else over time? If so how has that been for you because I'm just a bit nervous about the fact I have changed them.
