I get that way to. Sometimes my anxiety is so bad I just break down and cry

Hi Sfqueen, having trouble getting my messages sent. I'm sorry you are feeling sad but it does happen to all of us. I think the average person has these moments, it's just that we seem to get them more frequently. I think it's a part of the free floating feelings we have. Were you able to increase your medication?

Hi she told me just to take the other half before bed which I just did. Hope this helps
