Do I have to worry about zoloft for pre-employment drug test?

I take 50 mg everyday and I'm wondering if they detect zoloft will the chances of me being employed decrease. I'm not asking whether zoloft will show up as positive but whether if taking zoloft will make my employers thing twice before hiring me.
