Hello everyone I'm doing a lot better now and I've learned now to look up my symptoms because it make my anxiety super bad. Also the reason I post on here is because I'm young and just started getting bad anxiety two months ago and I'm still trying to figure things out like all the symptoms and everything. Someone should message me sometime and we can become friends and get through this together
