Chest pain

Hi.. had chest discomfort and nags for 2 nights now (nothing during day) however I do get it at the gym when running.. can't sleep now as so scared I've got a heart problem.. am 43 .. think I'll book gp appt although they are probably sick of me :(

Check with your doctor !

If your doctor tells you that you are fine then no worries you are fine !

Better safe than sorry !

And I have asthma + I hit the gym often so I know exactly how you feel it's pretty embarrassing having an anxiety attack at a place where you're supposed to be trying to help yourself feel better and get healthier. So usually being at the gym helps me fight the panic and tell myself I'll be fine. Working out / stretching really helps me relax when I'm freaking out surprisingly.
