Hello all. I am new here and have been dealing with health anxiety that has honestly come out of nowhere. I always feel like i can feel lumps in the side of my neck but when i go to the doctors they can never seem to find them. I'm starting to think it's my mind playing tricks on me. Has anyone else thought they felt a lump that was either not there or completely harmless??

We all have lymph glands in our neck that will become more evident when we have any infection, but this is normal unless they get very large (>10mm) persist and or become multiple.
It sounds like yours are the normal ones that come and go and are not very big.
