Strange feelings my feet and legs

My feet feel cold but are warm to touch. Muscle spasm in my feet. Hot sweats and pins and needles. GP has taken bloods but doesn't think there is anything wrong. Seems strange to me

Anxiety has made me feel a pins and needles feeling in several different parts of my body. I also get hit sweats as well. If it will make you feel better get a second opinion to put your mind at ease.
