It's my 5 day on Prozac 10mg and I feel horrible.. Anxiety it's to the rough my heart doesn't stop beating fast. Tightness in my chest feeling. and so many weird thoughts. I am so scared don't know what to do anymore.

Sfqueen , I'm sad to hear you are having a hard time. Put a cold /frozen cloth of bottle of water on your chest as this will help with your breathing.
Do your deep breathing and this will help with your heart palps.
Try listening to some nice calm music, or go for a walk it will take your mind off those bad thoughts .💞
