How is everyone doing is any of my advice working for some of you?

Well hello everyone im just checking in with all of you and to let everyone know im doing fine now my jaw is ok now i dont get my anxiety so much any more i do get the tension headaches and stiff neck and just a tiny bit of anxiety other then that im fine im not going to let the anxiety control me anymore so im doing exactly what im asking everyone else to do and it is working i hope its helping the one's im giving the advice to as well..well i just took a benadryl,im going to say good night and i hope everyone is doing ok..
