I have been in a very dark lonely place and my Achalasia is playing up something awful. I am struggling just to write the piece. I haven't been out much haven't talked to anyone just curled up on settee waiting for my esophagus to heal. I hope to improve mentally and physically soon and get back to normality.

Dodo, I am so sorry you are struggling right now but am glad you reached out for a moment. I can't imagine what it's like living with Achalasia but I can understand your emotional pain and loneliness. Please know you are in our thoughts and hoping you will recover soon.

Thank you all. I think not being able to eat lowers my blood sugar which then starts my depression off. I hardly see my son since he made up with his girlfriend but I see him nearly every day for 5 minutes when he wants a lift or money but always gives me a hug which I cherish. My esophagus is feeling better so hoping to eat some pureed foods. Its getting dark early now and I love it. Chat latter so glad I have you all to let off some bad feelings. Dont know what I'd do without you all honestly.

Hello dodo, I'm relatively new on here but I'd like to say how sorry I am for your suffering, it's a horrible condition you suffer from. On top of everything else you've had to deal with too. I can't make sense of why some people have to suffer so much. What I can see is that you are a strong person, you've come through it all. You've managed to climb out of that dark place and that's a massive credit to you. I hope you heal quickly and get some normality back. I believe we all go to that place a number of times in our lives , we have to face the bad times to appreciate the good times. I know that didn't help much when you feel Lonley, frightened and down!!! But you can pick yourself up again and fight another day. You don't deserve any of this and I hope and pray you feel better soon 🙏🏻x
