Hi I'm new here. I've had anxiety for more years then I can remember. I'm very high strung and told I have a type A personality. I've been prescribed just about every antianxiety medication available in the USA. I'm very frustrated. I'm active, have a good diet and avoid alcohol and caffeine. I haven't kicked my cig addiction. I've 0 tolerance for additional stressers in my life. On a scale of 1-10 the lowest I ever go is a 4. I get exhausted. I'm open to any and all suggestions.

Hello & Welcome 
You have found somewhere that you can come and talk about how you feel and I am sure you will soon get to see there are a lot of understanding members on here because we have all either had or got anxiety so you are never alone
