If you've been diagnosed with bi-polar, why not try the meds to stabilize your mood? You have nothing to lose after all. Just be aware that it might take a while to get your meds just right.

I also think that you should try to stop focussing on the way your eyes are. It is what it is after all.

In terms of your belching, is there nothing the Drs can give you for that? I don't know much but I do know that part of the problem is anxiety and diet-related. You REALLY do need to keep a careful eye on the types of foods you eat.

Even some "good" food can be bad for folks with stomach conditions such as yours.

If you don't have a diagnosis for your stomach problem then it would be wise to get one. If you can afford to see a dietician then arrange for a one-off appointment. Just KNOW that this condition can be treated. Also look up belching and diets and see what you can find.

Keep as stress free as you can as well because that and anxiety will make things worse.

HELLO THEY CHECKED MY STOMIC THEY SAID IT WAS OK MAYBE THE BELTCHING CAME FROM A SHORT TERM MED THAT I WASEENT SHURE WHAT IT WAS AT THE TIME THE DOCTORS TELL ME MY SICKNESS IS IN MY HEAD NO ONE BELIVES ME THEY ACKED LIKE IM CRAZY I WISH I WAS WELL AGAIN I REMAMBER THOSE DAYS I LOOK AS BAD AS I FEEL SO I JUST SIT HERE AND TALK TO KNOW ONE LONG STORY
