Water water everywhere

But not a drop to drink. There is nothing like a glass of ice cold water when you haven't drank for a couple of days plus a couple of diazepam of course I now feel my mind my body coming back to life. My esophagus is still sore in parts. When I swallow the fluids hit a part which is painful but the water or Ovaltine is passing and thats the main thing so my anxiety is slowly passing yippy. The sun is out the birds are singing and I am chilled. 

  I Hope you all are feel as nice as I am at this mmoment in time. ; ).
