Does anyone have health anxiety dizzyness chest pain heavy chest

Can anyone help this is scarey I have chest pain feels so heavy and dizzyness left shoulder pain x

I have the dizzy woozy feeling I feel really drunk lately I hate it, I don't get chest pain but I do get a tightness and heaviness in the chest

I get this and i reckon it's all due to tension....in fact I think all my problems relate to me tensing unconsciously all day long...I've had a very stressful few years and find it really difficult to relax........strange though that when I've had a cold or stomach bug the tension seems to go from my muscles and I feel more relaxed...then when my cold or stomach bug is over the tension returns.....
