Doctor wants me to starte propranolol but I don't like taking tablets anyone had any side effects

The worst thing about side effects is thinking is this the pills or am I sick? Well I was on propranolol and it definitely stopped the panic and had no side effects I know the I hate pills feeling but I was desperate to get better so I trusted my doctor

I was on propranolol briefly to help with ptsd symptoms. It was very helpful, I only took it when my chest got tight and/or heart was pounding. Within 1/2 hour my symptoms would ease up and I could function better. It helped me transition while going through cbt and mindfulness practices. I would suggest looking into mindfulness if you don't like pills...

Ive been taking 2x 40mg propranolol for three days now and no side effects. Feel calmer, no mind racing or panic since taking it.
