Driving through tunnels

One day ten years ago I decided that I could not drive through a three mile tunnel close to my home.This has caused me great inconvenience. I have had hypnotherapy without success. I can't drive on motorways or certain bridges.anyone else had this problem and how did you get over it. Many thanks for any help.

hi Rossie i'm Alan an ex HGV driver please if i may can you tell me what's stopped you from driving in tunnel or on motorways and on bridge, i was just wondering if i could help you there take care it most be hard if you have to travel bigger distance just to either get home or work or both look forward to speaking to you soon your new friend Alan x

Thanks Alan.Thanks very much for response.I don't know why.I drove through every day for years without giving it a thought. I am semi retired now but it can take hours getting to places that used to take thirty minutes. X

How did you feel when driving your lorry if the person in front was say doing 38 in a 40 mile area. I always feel uneasy when I have a lorry or bus behind me.
