Horrible dream

Dream that someone died and I woke up suddenly feeling sick, anyone have these nightmares

Yes I have a lot of these nightmares, about three in the last week. I got to a point the other day where I was talking to the person who died in my dream and I started crying, full on bawling and he just looked at me like I was insane. I think the line between dreams and reality can be very thin sometimes and we can place all that worry into a more tangible form. unfortunately I haven't yet worked out how to control my nightmares yet, all I can suggest is maybe talking to the person if they are real, or if they're not trying to work out who or what they represent to you and why you're scared of losing them. I hope some of this is helpful, sorry if it's not. I hope your dreams get better soon, I know how tiring it can be to not even be able to relax when you're asleep.

I've never experienced that but either way it's terrifying, that was a very helpful answer! I'm trying to figure out maybe it's all the negative thoughts throughout the day that causes them, it's just awful waking up in a panic because of it. But thank you Amy 😊
