These past few months have been the hardest in my life. My anxiety and depression have become out of control. Every medicine I've tried causes horrible side effects so I've done without and my stress is unbareable. I know everyone reacts differently to meds but can y'all tells what seems to work best for you? Paxil makes me so sick and Xanax gives me awful headaches so I've turned down any others.
