Hello everyone i am a 50 ish year old and it seems i am suffering from panic attacks an anxiety

Ok i will expand on this. I am relatively fit, i think. Anyway i was driving me car 2 weeks ago and i started to have an issue with my vision, blurred and fluid like, didn't take to much notice at first, only it started to get steadily worse over a short period of time, we stopped and i started to feel sick and confused and disorientated and very frightened all out of nowhere, we headed straight to hospital where my blood pressure was sky high even an hour later 180/122 eventually it dropped to 160/95 and i was informed i may have had a panic attack, i never had anything this extreme. I have always been a bit self conscious, had a bad twitch when younger but am quite confident now, have no fear of going out, meeting people, can easily stand up in a room and deliver myself . Over the following days i started to have strange sensations in my head a bit like goosebumps then down my body across my groin followed by what i can only describe as an adrenalin like rush through my body followed again by nausea disorientation, fear dread and a blood pressure surge. I was than put on a beta blocker and diazapan . Now i seem to have controlled the fear side of things though i am still getting the goosebump like sensation all probably down to the beta blockers ( not taking the diazapan) i feel much calmer, sometimes strangely to calm, i feel almost feint like, only for short periods. The bit i am struggling with is sleep. When i try to go to sleep i feel myself drifting, almost to much, as though i am not going to wake up, as though i am drifting beyond sleep. Now this may be me actually being able to relax in a way maybe i haven't done for longer than i possibly realize. Does anyone else have this sensation
