I just wanted to know if anyone could help me I have been diagnosed with a severe anxiety disorder and emetaphobia (excuse the spelling) a fear of sickness and because of my anxiety can that make you feel sick and how can I cope with it or help with it! Thanks guys x

Have health anxiety but I try to stay away from sites & relax, mediate ..uh read or write. Yes the anxiousness if aggravating , but go with it..have that panic attack then relax, don't make that panic chill around longer but trying to relax when you're already fidgety
Well, no one's an expert here. I am not for sure. For a fact, we all know the only way to cope with anxiety is to talk it out. I haven't been to a doctor for my condition, but I am sure I share the same condition. Fear of diseases or sickness.
Don't think about it too much, I wish I could say it really is as simple as it sounds, However it is.
I would say, share, and talk to people around. It works.
First of all you have done the right thing and recognised you an issue with anxiety, that is the first building block. Next always remember anxiety is a part of you, and it will never go away, but you will learn how to control it , and navigate around it. Keep a diary and write down when it strikes and what might have been the cause...keep track of it . Find some one who you feel comfortable talking to ...anxiety does have a positive side too , its not all bad !
