I haven't had an anxiety attack in months and last night I had a terrible one , dizziness, heart racing not really knowing what was going on. It was terrifying. And I woke up with anxiety too. Anyone have random attacks? I don't think I'm stressed about anything and I haven't been able to eat a lot because I was sick.

I don't normally get random ones , for me it's a slow burn, it's torture. id probably rather have a quick panic out of the blue to get it over and done with!
