After a few days of feeling somewhat normal I woke up yesterday and today feeling like I'm running a marathon while sitting still. My insides are wired and my outside is tired! Its such a terribly uncomfortable feeling that leaves me completely drained and feeling like I can't relax. I'm contemplating starting buspar as my doctor suggested. I am super nervous to take anything because it all seems to speed my heart up or cause it to skip around. If I could get rid of one symptom completely it would definitely be the extra heart beats/ racing heart. Does anyone have any experience with buspar?
