It could be ! But it could be many others things aswell ! Do u have any condtions ? Are u in the states ?

Sounds like fibromyalgia - my sister has it. Body sore and very tired but there is meds for it. I have bad anxiety and am so tired all the time get am on edge. If its your shoulders and muscles it could be fibromyalgia. Also linked to depression

I live in Scotland and it is worth getting it checked out. If you can keep a diary of these symptoms as this helps. Think there is a blood test to diagnose it but in scotland the health service reluctant to do this. My sister can't put her jacket on at times when she has bad flare up.
