Hi Kirsty x I to find it hard to sleep sometimes as its hard to switch off x Have you tried to write down all you feel in a diary, from symptoms to how you feel and how you want to feel x It can help a great deal to just get it off your chest sometimes, if you still cannot sleep after try keeping busy until you know you will be able to go to bed and sleep xx Donver x

I'm just laying in bed listening to relaxing music and you know when you feel yourself getting upset it's like your throat feels tight it's like that, I do feel Mega tired but can go to sleep some nights I'm OK others x

Relaxing is good x Try not to over think the situation, think of it more as your throat feels tight as you are maybe a little thirsty, or just simply over tired, as we all get a dry mouth if we are tired x If you feel the panic coming question it, as have you got proof it will happen or is it just anxiety x It may work x

I'll try that I been told as well to drink hot milk before bed does that help? X

You get pukka tea in supermarkets or online xxx

There are a few things to put in hot milk that can help you sleep... like Horlicks and I am sure there are others.

I drink camomile tea which helps me a lot and you can buy tea especially to help you go to sleep. These should all be available at your local supermarket.

I also use Sleep Rescue remedy which I find helps to calm the mind... should be available at your chemist.
