Sometimes people don't understand what you're going through. Also with anxiety we can sometimes be a bit over sensitive and think that people are either not talking to you or avoiding us. Please try not to read into it too much.

A lot of people don't understand anxiety so unless you tell them if you feel comfortable with that, then they don't know unless they have read information about it.

Your right, when your in the grip of anxiety. It is very hard to hide it from anyone. The bidy language just stops us functioning in the way we know and like. Just be strong. We are all fighters on here.
