Panic

Well didnt expect that....I just sneezed and it brought on a mini panic attack, my heart started beating really fast and I could feel it out my chest. OH is at work and mostly everyone I know is at work. So I writing this is taking my mind off it a bit. I really thought I was going to full on panic there, can't believe a sneeze brought that on

Oh dear , not a sneeze , need to get damp dusting then & have a dust free flat

It has happened to me , dont no why either , but in time you will learn to ignore it , infact I have sneezed & seen black or floaty dots in front of my eyes , never known what that is all about either , but as it has been happening for years , not every time just now & again , I think well cant be anything , & neither will your sneezing & heart be anything

So hope we are going to keep busy , you have your new car to look forward to as well
