Anxiety has subsided
Hi Bramble
Thats good news that you are feeling better than you were
Give it time with the sleep , it will come back , your body needs to adjust , can take some time
I do always wait till I am so tired , I can hardly keep my eyes open & by the time I go to bed , I am half asleep , then I dont seem to have a problem , but if I went before that stage , i am sure I could do
Love

Bramble I just read in the paper the other day that sleeping outside can help reset your body clock and help sleep when you should and get up when you should. Obviously I'm not expecting you to get the old tent out but try maybe sleeping with your blinds open and see if that maybe works?

Sleep is the first thing that was discussed with my CBT. You need time to wind down before going to bed. Also avoid Caffeine in drinks after 6pm, only take a short nap before 3pm, and turn off tv or any other distraction and try reading for an hour during the evening. Maybe also have a bath or shower before going to bed. Doing this daily can help wth sleep. Good luck and its great to see that your mood has improved.
