I start thinking of how I feel and if I will pull through, and then start thinking about my whole life, mistakes...what could go wrong, etc...

Hey LM, how r u?

I have negative thoughts too much in my eyes really but i wonder if it's just another symptom of anxiety, I'm a thinker too and always think the worst, it's really hard to get out of that mindset but we'll keep trying and we'll get there (positive thinking there :-))

Xx

LM so know were ur cumin from x I can sit and think for hrs without having any thought of the time, I can sit and think about conversations, situations, everyuthing Ive had with sum1 I think ive offended. Another one is ive had a good time with my ex, my kiss goonight he goes home, I can start having nice thoughts of the time we've just had, I then see him go for a beer from the fridge, I then see him glance at the house behind, were he lived with his ex girlfriend, who he left me for her, he then goes out side and says hello to her, she invites hin round, he goes etc etc, by the following day I hate him, want to kill him etc but in reality he has done no wrong.

I have wasted so much of my time, just thinking, thinking about the past.

It is horrible, I cannot suggest anything to help as I am still looking myself, just wanted you to know I understand were ur cumin from.

Hi London-man, personally not too bad but my daughter is the queen of negative thinking, her mind races ahead & rapidly comes to the conclusion that whatever she's about to do will be a disaster of epic proportions!

One example: she was getting ready to go to a Rihanna concert, (open air) & worrying about how her hair looked. I told her not to worry too much as heavy rain was forecast so everyone would end up with wet hair anyway. She declares that it's only going to rain because she is going, if she wasn't going it would be a lovely sunny evening.

I think this is something that the cognitive behavioural therapist is going to address. She starts in a week, will be interesting to see how she gets on.

x

p.s. she never made it to the concert
