Morning lows not alone

I must admit mornings are the worst, by lunch getting some respite, but maybe wine consumed in evening leads to morning lows as it supresses serotonin :-(

Hi

Mornings are never the best time for me either

I am up , my brain takes a few hours to catch up with me ;-)

Maybe try leaving of the wine ,as you see this could be part of the problem & see how you feel , would be worth a go

I hope the rest of your day goes well

Love

Mornings are bad for me too especially hot sunny ones like we have at the moment.

I wake early in a panic where-as in the nice cold, dark winter I can actually stay asleep for a little bit longer.

I've found that I get most respite when I've had a couple of beers. It's lovely to get a break but I do wonder myself if that's why I can be so down in the morning times.
