Oh came down Sunday. I had the dog with me which helped. It's a lovely site on the coast in Pembrokeshire. I've been before and always feel safe. I hv a friend up the road to help if I need it. was hardly nervous. Just walked on the beach with daisy and chilled out. another big step forward x

Jeffiju how wonderful that you live near several beaches, I too, when on holiday, love walking by the sea, it is so calming. May I ask where you live?

Of course you may. I live in New Zealand originally from London, many years ago. I love this site even though I am so far away as I can relate to people on here ,they have similar feelings to myself. Beaches are so calming and peaceful.I hope the weekend is a good one for all of you. xx
