Hi Bernie,

I do think you need to discuss this with your doctor if you haven't already.

There are some schools of thought that suggest that eating gluten can make ME worse. Gluten is also known to cause tingling in fingers and toes because it has a neurological effect on the brain. Maybe you could Google this to see if your symptoms are similar?

Obviously I cannot diagnose you - that would be wrong! And ruling out psychological causes would also be unwise, so as I said above please go talk to your doctor!

I go to see my gp every 2 weeks and he just says it is my ME . I feel I have all the physical and emotional symptoms of hypothyroidism. my blood levels are not quite out of range although tTSH high ish and T4 lowish

get a second, third and whatever is needed opinion on that Also look into your bloos glucose levels, nutrients and cortisol/adrenal.

sorry for late reply !! I have a highish blood sugar which is unexplained 8.9 mmols. can a highish b/s cause pins and needles tingling everwhere? it drives me nuts.
