Hello Bonnie

Very kind of you to ask after me.

I had a gruelling day at the hospital on Wednesday but the tests went well......However it appears that the incompetence of my local GP could have endangered my life and I am not too happy about that.

Will tell you more later.

I am glad your tests went well Grog, as for the incompetence of doctors I was at the hands of this in Sep 2011, I was in hosp and they found that I had a blocked artery in the left side of my neck, I was sent out with this and to this day it has not been done, I have recently had brain scans and neck scans after forcing my doc to send me to a specialist, again it has been seen and nothing yet done, a complaint went to the hospital in question two weeks ago, I have had a letter saying they are doing a full investigation. I was admitted to the hospital then not able to stand up and put one leg in front of the other, my head was constantly dizzy the chap who did the neck scan then said that the blocked artery would effect flow and would cause me probs with my head, but I was sent out with it with one doc saying to me that I may have to live with it. Wrong just been told that it can be done and should have been done in September 2011

Well Bonnie,

There is so much that we don't know about each other and that is what I like about this site.I get more support here than I do from the NHS and all the people here wouldn't try to kill me through neglect like my GP did.

I am sorry to hear about your own troubles.You say that your blocked artery can be done.Are you still thinking of going ahead?

Also I hope that the investigation brings someone to book you should not have been left to suffer like you have.

yes it could have and should have been done in Sep 2011, I should not have been sent out with it blocked, Yes I would of had it done in 2011, but the hospital sent through to my docs when I was discharged that further investigation required but they did not say what, so the docs went back to the hosp and asked what investigation the hosp then sent back no investigation required. I had to go back and fourth to docs about my head, until finally he sent me to a specialist who did brain scans and neck scans in march this year ,and again found the blocked artery and it is severely. but now he wants me to have another scan , I have said no how many times do you need to look at it ,he is a neurologist, I want a vascular surgeon , so I will wait now and see what comes of the hospitals investigation. Also I did rename the NHS a long time ago to, NO HOPE IN SIGHT.
