Hi all hope your having a great night I just wanted to post how I've been feeling over the past couple of days. Ok so I have been feeling better now having less of these panic attacks by taking advice of you nice people by allowing the attacks to happen and riding through it ensuring myself I'm gonn be ok and so far I get just a few of them much lesser than before. It has been great to feel normal most days I believe with more work I will soon get there. I'm soon starting to work on my thoughts now learning how to block negative thoughts and replace with positives again I do this by telling myself that thoughts don't make things come try I've always thought about wining the lottery doesn't mean it will come true anytime soon. I use those techniques which ever works best for me. I'm still still fighting my night time fear of sleep hopefully il have something in my sleeves to conquer that. Anyways all the best to you all.
