Its really hard when you have anxiety and depression and people are inconsistent and jump from one exreme to the other with you . Its almost like there using your mental health to meet there demands and if you dont they pull back because they know how pushing your buttons and being inconsistent will effect you yet they know your desperate so they know they can mauvure as they please because youll just be greatful to get the support back but its only a matter of time before they pull there love away again .........like then people use your anxiety or mental health to villinaize you and blame you for everything, like excuse me for trying to breathe and survive like seriously WTF

Just keep doing your best and working at it. I'm reading a book right now called, "Let Them," by Mel Robbins and it's helping me let go of expectations about other people.

Young man , take it from a 68-year-old man, who has seen much of life, and when diagnose was told his brain works 100 miles an hour faster than most people walking the globe. I process information on human behavior like a machine. I’m definetly different that way . In a good way

I’ve used that skill set ,which processes information hundreds if not thousands of times over , to do only helpful things. Never hurt.

It is so very difficult to turn off.

Many people have personality disorders that impose this issue such as manipulation, and general overall emotional abuse on others ,and they have no idea they have it and you can’t reason with them because they can never be wrong. It’s a fairly prevalent thing these days , in my humble opinion. Call it narcissistic or whatever the label is for never being wrong and manipulation to hurt others.

I have six of them in my immediate family.

With this brain of mine , I’m rarely, if ever wrong, in regards to human behavior.Especially if given reps.

I’ve used it to do much good, even when I was ultra sick. Forming companies , a non profit helping the disadvantaged , council hundreds and much more.

It allows me to store much info also

Yea I’m a bit freaky but …a good man.

So trust me when I tell you that many people have some personality type of disorder or trait, and some hurt others with it. They don’t all mean to. Most don’t know they are. How can they know.? They don’t think it can exist that they do anything wrong.

If you try to tell them there fragile egos retreat to their dark space. To protect their issue. Very difficult for them to even consider their behavior as poor.

Can’t reason or understand behavior of people who don’t see there hurtful actions

It’s all over the place

Protect thy self.

Also maybe do your best to understanding they probably have issues too just like many of us, but they don’t suffer from it, like we do. Theirs only hurts others.

The more you understand that now at your age the better you can set expectations of all people and take care of you

They really don’t mean it

Well most, in my humble opinion

No excuse tho. We are all responsible for our behavior
