From my experience, its helpful to give your brain small breaks during the day.
If you would like to try a 10 minute guided meditation or a take an imaginary walk through place you love, for example a forrest, these small tricks release feel good hormones. If you have more time, actually walking has the same effect.
These small tricks work really well if you schedule them into your day.

hello dear ! I Hope u r well ! At least healthy ! I understand what u r going through, I did the change and I left everything behind and escaped to another country it’s been already 5 years ! I still struggle with a lot of things ! Yes it is more comfortable and quite since I’m not living with the same toxic people or the old toxic environment before , but trust me it takes a lot of time to adjust and also there’s a lot of patterns in you it must be change or else it will be the same where ever you go .
