I’m just wondering what is the easiest one to take, minimal side effects?

Antidepressants
There is no easy answer to that question. Everybody metabolizes medication differently, so therefore certain drugs will create side affects for some and not for others. This is why it's important to keep in communication with your doctor and ask for (and demand, when necessary) a change in medication until you find something that works. There are pricey genetic tests you can do that will help narrow down the best medications for you, but these are expensive.
opinion on Cymbalta?
There are side effects to all antidepressants and you don't know how you are going to react to them and neither does your GP Have you considered adjusting you diet and increasing omega 3 by flaxseed oil capsules for example ?
I take a omega3, 6, and 9 supplement already
In what form and how much ?
wait, isn't omega- 6 and omega-9 bad for you? I know omega-3 is good for the human body but there are other oils, etc. in that class that aren't supposed to be good for the body.
Like everyone is saying, it depends on the person if you will have side effects or not. I know Cymbalta is in the same class as what I take which is Effexor. I haven't had any issues. I know someone on Cymbalta that is doing well. You will just have to try what's prescribed and see. It's frustrating not being able to know. Good luck.
If you live in the States you can see about taking a psychopharmacological genetic test that uses your dna to determine which meds are best suited for you genetically. Mine was from Genesight and covered by insurance, i'm not sure if it is available outside of the US but there are probably similar kind of tests that are.
