I’m so sorry to hear what you’re going through, friend. I know it’s not easy. What are your coping skills? Are you seeing a therapist? I’d suggest that you listen to good music, stay calm and relaxed. Maybe you could pursue an activity, sport, or hobby that makes you feel good. Physical exercise has the added benefit of helping to relieve negative emotions naturally. Take good care of yourself and stay strong.

I hear you. Sometimes it just heightens and it’s a monster, just sits with you and the more you’re afraid and want it to go away it seems the more it lingers. You’re not alone. Just try deep breathing and let the scary thoughts pass when they come to give them attention. Identify something around you and spell it or start naming things around you like I notice the coffee table is brown I notice the TV is on. Etc. hope you’re better again soon.
