any therapist would tell us to go out and enjoy nature as a form of self help animals always help whether that be domestic pets or birds squirrels things like that if you post pictures detailing nature therapy HU or anyone shouldn`t have a problem with that.

move on and forget all that you have more issues to deal with that ARE important best focus on that.
