I'm so sorry that you have to go through such discomfort, and major interruption in your normal life activities. I am hoping for you that you can find some help from other people who are available to you ( of course it would have to be someone who is not judgmental). Also you can attempt to find some answers yourself, by doing some very simple, and easy activities at first. My name here, on this site, comes from an activity I can do that can be relaxing. This is solving puzzles that are meant for entertainment, definitely not trying to solve the puzzle which is life! I have no control over that. Hope you can find some support on this site.
