Friends I appreciate the support. Yesterday and today I noticed a small change in my thinking. (Positive)I tried my exercise my counselor gave me to work on yesterday and it helped. I only hope to continue. I know it's a journey but I want this more then ever to live life.

It is wonderful that you exercise helped. I think the key word for exercise, and really almost everything, is consistency. Will you work on the exercise again today, or have a plan for how often it will be done, or a set date when the counselor will give you a new exercise? Best wishes for many more helpful exercises in the future!
