Anxious thoughts about my health 😬

I seem to get more anxious the later it gets. I'm constantly worrying about being allergic to stuff and avoiding almost everything because I'm afraid of having a reaction. I've had one before to where I couldn't breathe, ans ever since I've just been scared of having another one like that. It's terrifyingI overanalyze every little tingle and weird feeling I get now. I watch how I'll feel for about an hour or so after eating something or even touching something.

Does anyone possibly have any tips on how to lessen this?? Or ways to help cope and not overthink so much

I've seen that distraction in some way helps a good little bit

I probably will talk to my Dr about it. I react to things alot anymore. Just breaking out in hives even. Because I stopped eating a lot of things and starting to try stuff again, my body isn't used to alot of things anymore
