How do you use it please and how long for? Does it measure your mood and the physical symptoms that go with it eg is it high frequency when you are excited or very happy and low frequency when you are down/depressed?Or have I got the wrong end of the stick completely…! I’m very good at that

Well there is a vast range of frequency it can be used to uplift your mood etc. Can produce Alpha. Beta, Theta. Gamma, brain waves. I will start by using Chakra frequency first, They are also being used to heal physically also.
